I studied Construction Engineering Management & Business Management during undergrad and got my MBA after grad school. The outline for the 6-week program.
Starting the week of August 16th.
Here's how it works: Each week we will hold two live classroom sessions (exact days and time TBD with your feedback). Classes will be recorded for you to review and access at anytime. I'll also be hosting a weekly 3 hour block of time for group coaching and office hours for students to ask me any questions about the topics of the week. We will have a number of expert guest speakers that will join in some of the group coaching calls. These will range from tax experts, short-term rental professionals and even a land hacker extraordinaire.
All students will be able to access the community and I'll be creating "study partners" for the class that you can utilize. For students who signed up early enough to receive 1-on-1 strategy consultations, we will schedule those after the program is completed.
SECTION I (1 - 1.5 hrs):
We set goals and the tone as we go over expectations and what you will learn throughout the program to create profitable properties.
SECTION II (1.5 - 2 hrs):
We kick-off with the 'standards' of the step-by-step blueprint. This is the cornerstone of the success of our project. We hyper-focus in this area.
SECTION III (3 - 4 hrs):
We dive deep into how to search and find the best areas to invest - analyzing traffic, competition and science behind finding profitable "triangles."
SECTION IV (3 - 4 hrs):
I teach you MBA level market research and how financial investors and professionals run the numbers on deals to decide the best path to pursue.
SECTION V (3 - 4 hrs):
We pull up our sleeves and get dirty digging into how zoning ordinances work and the best ways to navigate the messy world of zoning and permitting. More importantly I teach you how to build real strategies around "restrictive" codes so you can still make money.
SECTION VI (2 - 3 hrs):
I show you the most profitable structures and the "why" you'd want to build each one. I then walk you through the construction process - from design, permitting to actual build process.
SECTION VII (2 hrs):
You'll learn how-to structure your business in order to protect yourself from paying tens of thousands in taxes and frivolous lawsuits and liability issues.

This is an additional 2-week program where I go over how to setup the management, logistics, design and how to optimize your Airbnb listing to hit the ground running and make real money. ONE-ON-ONE STRATEGY CONSULTATION (LIMITED)
This is probably one of the biggest benefits of the program. Students who signed up first (seats are very limited) will each get a 45 minute strategic consultation with me where we go over topics, questions, and create a personalized strategy and plan to execute what you’ve learned in the program.
I know how challenging it can be just learning things on your own, even if you have classmates. That’s why each week I’ll hold a Group Coaching call where I'll address biggest questions of the week and bring in expert guest speakers who can share their successes, mistakes and experiences. For this live Program, I’ll be holding Office Hours during the week where students can come in for a quick one-on-one. Students are able to ask questions based on that week’s topic(s). And while you're in the "waiting room" you'll be able to ask and discuss with other students in the Program.
