Membership Structure
Scheduled Monthly Sessions
Each month I'll hold a 3-hour long session, which will be recorded, where we meet as a group and I hold a seminar on topics the group decides upon. During these sessions, we'll also have coaching sessions where we highlight one or two members and address their wins and challenges. Occasionally we'll have expert guest speakers come in to talk as well as other successful real estate entrepreneurs who are further on their journey. All sessions will have a Q&A section where members can ask their questions.
Close-knit Community
The difference with our Membership is our community. Members who join are folks who are serious about land hacking, rentals and real estate in general. And they come from extremely varied backgrounds. Most members will have some (or a lot) of experience under their belts. Everyone in the Pro Inner Circle will be pre-qualified financially and even have active projects.
Now the intent of this community is to help answer questions as we tackle the nuances of our own individual projects. Whether through direct answers, new ideas, perspective, problem solving or even just feedback and support - this group is a mastermind to help all members.
